Sales Manager – WMS & Consulting Services

Location: Santa María Office Plex 71, Panama City

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Kypse Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in selling consulting services—ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or technology sectors. This role goes beyond sales: we are seeking a professional who can structure and document the entire sales department, including processes, templates, CRM flows, and sales documentation aligned with our growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full sales cycle for our WMS and consulting services across Latin America and the Caribbean.
• Build and structure the sales department, including tools, documentation, pipelines, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on consultative selling.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to align client needs with service delivery.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in selling consulting services, ideally related to logistics, supply chain, or warehouse technology.
• Demonstrated ability to build and document sales processes from scratch.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Monday.com or similar project/sales management tools.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Requires full availability to travel regularly across the region as part of business development.
• Based in or able to commute daily to Santa María Office Plex 71.
