Job Overview:
As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, qualifying prospects, and initiating the sales process. This position is a remote position that offers a dynamic and collaborative remote work environment, allowing you to contribute to the success of our platform from anywhere in the world.

Rate in USD: $09 (Per Hour)
Work Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm, US-EST

Lead Generation
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and prospects.
  • Utilize various channels, including social media, online forums, and industry events, to generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with overall promotional strategies.
Prospecting and Outreach
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through email campaigns, cold calls, and personalized messages.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their potential as valuable business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of TALKS TOO MUCH | International Speaking & Coaching and terrence TALKSTOOMUCH to potential clients.
Sales Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
  • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, providing relevant information and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales process.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement adjustments to enhance overall performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment
