Location: Hybrid - Panama City Office

Your Mission

As the heartbeat of our customer interactions, you will ensure every engagement—be it via phone, online platforms, or in-person—leaves a lasting, positive impression. Your role is crucial in weaving the fabric of excellent customer relations and pushing the boundaries of satisfaction.

Key Duties

  • Brand Champion: Embody and express our and our clients brand values, ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and memorable one across all communication platforms.
  • Customer Interaction Expert: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries, addressing complaints with empathy and efficiency to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Insight Analyst: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to detect patterns and identify service improvement opportunities; work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies for enhancing customer experience metrics.
  • Collaborative Innovator: Partner with teams across the company, including sales, marketing, and product development, to share customer insights and feedback, driving improvements and innovation in the customer journey.
  • Problem Solver: Utilize outstanding communication skills, along with your proven ability to judge situations and solve problems effectively, to handle customer issues adeptly and nurture trust and loyalty towards our brand.

Who We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • A background in customer service or community management, with a knack for building and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Comfortable with technology, including proficiency with CRM platforms and customer service software to enhance customer interactions.
  • A quick thinker, capable of making judicious decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in a hybrid work setting is a bonus, adept at both in-office and remote formats.
