Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Profit & Loss Analyst & Team Leader to join our remote team. This role goes beyond financial reporting — we need someone who can interpret P&L, lead team members, and most importantly, leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to improve workflows, optimize systems, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze profit and loss reports to identify cost savings and margin improvement opportunities
• Oversee a small remote team and ensure task accountability and performance
• Use AI tools (especially ChatGPT) to develop automation ideas, improve processes, and enhance decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to implement improvements
• Deliver insights and suggestions that impact the bottom line
• Create and monitor KPIs and process metrics

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in P&L analysis, business operations, or finance
• Proven experience managing or leading a team
• Demonstrated proficiency in tools like Excel, QuickBooks, ClickUp, and Google Sheets
• Must have hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or other LLM-based tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
• Experience in a fast-paced or distribution/logistics environment is a plus

• Memory: Minimum 16GB RAM (Preferred: 32GB RAM)
• Storage: Minimum 512GB SSD (Preferred: 1TB SSD)
• Internet Speed: Minimum 50-100 Mbps download speed
• Workstation Setup: Must have and be proficient in using dual-screen systems for efficiency.
