Please visit for more information. We are searching for the best talent for an Indirect Channel Territory Specialist to be in Panamá. Purpose: Responsible for achieving multi-franchise product sales in a new market, to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions.

You will be responsible for : • Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of medical specialists, long-term care facilities and other healthcare customers in a prescribed territory • Construct the commercial strategy and lead the execution with the distributors of promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in product lines on the territory assigned. • Establish follows up routines for the funnel of opportunities of the potential customers with distributors, provide guidance, technical and professional support. • Co-construction of the marketing plan to implement on the territory and guide the distributor on developing tactical actions to gain market share and monitor the execution of these actions, focusing on accelerating sell-out performance. • Act as an integrator for all our internal stakeholders including supply chain, HEMA, Professional Education, Commercial Excellence, marketing and more to guarantee the success of the commercial plans established • Organized field visits together with the distributors, to the territory to ensure plans executions and achieving sell out objectives.

Become the main external stakeholders adviser, creating a strong bond that will fortify J&J's relationship with of our end customer to provide internal feedback and guidance market strategy. • Analyzes and build sales forecasts together with for business planning by account and submits to demand plan team • Provide forecast visibility to the demand planning team to ensure product availability • Promotes and coordinates Professional Education activities extensively to enhance the knowledge of healthcare professionals • Lead portfolio solutions based on territory needs and align with marketing strategy • Develops territory analysis of market share, profitability, sales updated and prepare presentation on project status for better making decisions process • Prepares sales reports and documents as required. Follows up with distributors to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction of our end customer. • Identify and overcome Access barriers developing, together with franchises and COE an action plan.

  • Lead value creation development and solution execution in the region • Integrate health economics to create overall value-based proposition for commercial agreements. • Support the Indirect Channel Manager in the management of the distributor, actively participating in the execution of established plans and strategies • Guarantee the reporting of product complaints and the execution of field actions in the time established by the J&J • This position requires international travel up to 30% Qualifications and requirements: • Education: University/bachelor's degree or equivalent required • 4 -5 years of relevant professional business experience. • Experience in sales/demand generation in medical devices • Experience in project management and process-oriented work • Ability to connect and lead without formal authority a diverse group of business stakeholders. • Demonstrated enterprise mindset, with ability to influence and collaborate in a global, matrixed environment to achieve business objectives.
  • English language fluency: 80% • Business and results-driven • Flexible and open-minded • Customer and marketplace focus • Ability to develop close relationships with KOLs • Team player with strong communication skills • Self-motivated, with the ability to motivate others • Creative and innovative • Well structured, focused and setting clear priorities Safe Fleet requirements: Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required: • Valid driver's license. • At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
