This role will be responsible for the creation of specific Omnichannel (OC) customer engagement strategies to enhance customer experience and support brand objectives. The OC Execution Lead will lead a team of 5-10 to drive the OC transformation across the organization. Will support the design of OC campaigns, drive the deployment of new channels or platform and development of innovative content, and monitor campaign effectiveness to provide best-in-class customer experience through OC excellence.
Your Responsibilities:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
Lead and implement the organization’s omnichannel (OC) vision, ensuring a seamless, integrated customer experience across all touchpoints.
Work with business units and leadership teams to align OC strategy with business objectives, collaborating with regional teams to implement digital solutions.
Develop data-driven, personalized customer journeys, oversee content strategy, and ensure content meets local healthcare professional (HCP) needs.
Act as a liaison between business and tech teams, translating business needs into tech solutions and supporting integrated campaign development.
Track customer experience KPIs, share recommendations for improvement, and analyze external trends to optimize OC performance.
Manage key OC initiatives, create project plans, ensure compliance with local guidelines, and resolve issues related to OC execution.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or any other related discipline.
12+ years of directly related or relevant experience, preferably in omnichannel marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
MS Office.
English proficiency.
Preferred Experience:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:
MBA
Digital Marketing, Data Analytics and/or Project Management Certifications.
Web Analytics ,CRMs and Marketing automation tools.
