Remote Contract Opportunity: Senior Marketing Project Coordinator
Overview
Thompson Creek Windows and Doors is a leading home improvement company specializing in windows, doors, siding, and roofing. We utilize a multichannel marketing approach—spanning digital platforms (Google, Bing, Meta), direct mail campaigns, and broadcast TV advertising—to reach customers and grow our brand presence. We are seeking a highly organized and driven Marketing Project Coordinator to join our remote team. This role will collaborate closely with our marketing director and creative teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
Position Summary
The Contract Remote Senior Marketing Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring a range of marketing projects, including digital campaigns, print materials, and television or YouTube commercials. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project flow, compliance with budgets and calendars, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Collaboration
· Work alongside the Marketing Director to develop, maintain and refine the company’s overarching marketing strategy.
· Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance marketing initiatives.
2. Content & Calendar Management
· Create and maintain a content calendar for the company blog, social media accounts, and email marketing campaigns.
· Commission and oversee AI Agents, freelance writers for blog posts, eBooks, and other written marketing materials.
3. Project Coordination
· Coordinate the production of video ads, including timelines, budgets, and performance reviews.
· Liaise with graphic designers to develop both digital and print advertisements in alignment with brand guidelines.
· Maintain the Landing Page and Website changes and tracking.
4. Vendor & Freelancer Relations
· Establish and maintain productive relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with deadlines.
· Conduct vendor negotiations and manage contracts for media buying, printing, and other marketing services.
5. Budgeting & Timeline Management
· Develop and oversee project budgets, monitoring spend and adjusting as needed to maintain cost-effectiveness.
· Create and coordinate project timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet designated milestones and quality standards.
6. Cross-Channel Advertising
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize advertising strategies on digital platforms (Google, Bing, Meta), direct mail campaigns, and broadcast TV.
· Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to refine ongoing and future campaigns.
7. Reporting & Analysis
· Track and measure key project metrics, providing regular status updates and reports to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders.
· Compile post-campaign analyses, including ROI and effectiveness, to guide future marketing decisions.

· Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, performance metrics and reporting (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Coordinator).

· Experience working in a remote environment
· Reliable, quiet location with good high-speed internet for remote work
SKILLS & ABILITIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in project management within marketing or advertising. Experience in home improvement or a related industry is a plus.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
· Tech-savviness, including proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana), and video conferencing software
WORK ENVIRONMENT: This position is fully remote.
