What you’ll be doing
As a Recruitment Consultant at our Panama City office, you’ll be the link between clients and candidates. You’ll work with prequalified, warm client leads. No cold acquisition needed.

Your main responsibilities:

• Follow up on warm client leads and close new assignments that maximize value for you and Achievers
• Conduct client intake calls to define their hiring needs
• Build and manage long-term client relationships
• Source top candidates that fit the client brief
• Interview and screen candidates
• Manage the hiring process from start to finish

The perfect candidate for this position is/ has
✔ Fluent and confident in English (spoken and written)
✔ Strong communication and relationship management skills
✔ Sales-minded, persuasive, and proactive
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred
✔ Experience with U.S. recruitment market is a big plus
✔ Looking to build with a company long term!
