We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist based in Panama City to join our team. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supporting ongoing projects, with a focus on obtaining official operating licenses and ensuring compliance with government regulations. You will collaborate with various departments, to achieve key business results and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to obtain official operating licenses in regions where inDrive operates.
  • Work closely with Government Relations, Drivers Acquisition team, CRM, local representatives, finance team, and data exchange team to ensure compliance with licensing requirements and government regulations.
  • Support ongoing license compliance requirements on the ground, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
  • Maintain supply metrics at a stable level during the licensing process and beyond.
  • Provide monthly updated lists of drivers, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data presented to local authorities.
  • Manage and develop driver segmentations, focusing on churn reduction and retention strategies.
  • Handle all promotional campaigns targeted at drivers, ensuring their effectiveness and driving engagement.
  • Setting and managing app communications with users to achieve greater engagement and awareness

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Upper intermediate-advanced English language; B2+
  • 2-3+ years of experience in project management and/or operations
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite for internal communications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau for cohort analysis.
  • Well-versed in Excel. Proficiency in SQL and Python are a plus.
  • Experience in user acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Operations support experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
