With a commitment to providing compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds and income levels, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. Position Overview: As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our patients, many of whom are older individuals with lower income and various medical conditions.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure exceptional customer service through effective communication, technical skills, and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a crisp and clear English accent, excellent computer skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. A background in Sales is an added advantage. Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication and Empathy: Engage with patients in a compassionate and empathetic.Demonstrate active listening and patience when addressing their concerns andRecognize the needs of individuals seeking vein-related treatments and offer.Comprehend and follow written scripts during customer.

Technical Skills: Operate two computer screens simultaneously to access patient information.Complete typing tests to maintain excellent typing.Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook email systems.Sales: Apply the SOTBOS model (Selling on the Benefits of Our Services) to engage potential patients.Exhibit clarity of speech and strong sales skills when discussing treatmentFacilitate patient appointments.Adaptability: Understand the unique needs of our patients and offer the best solutions to suit them.Adapt to various communication styles, especially from older patients who may have more.Must-haves: Cultivate a curious and optimistic.Exhibit a willingness to learn about vein-related treatments & Demonstrate patience when assisting patients in navigating their healthcareQualifications: Crisp English accent and excellent EnglishSales experience and the ability to follow a sale.Excellent multitasking skills, including operating two.Typing proficiency (typing test required during the interview process).Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook emailCompassion, empathy, and strong people.Ability to adapt communication to address the needs of older.Previous experience in a customer care or call center role is a
