Job Description


Job title:
IMS Operational Buyer Intern

Your role:

- Performs day-to-day Procurement operations under active guidance of Panama Operational Procurement Team Lead.
  • Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities regarding Shopping Cards / Purchase Orders Creation.
  • Stakeholders management and support.
  • Takes decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility focusing on the continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyzes of KPIs: Purchase Order Compliance, Service Level Agreement end to end timing Approval; Parked invoices.
  • Support projects and new system implementation.
  • Indirect Services and Material Customer Service support America
  • Vendor Master Data Customer Service support America, creating vendors and making the screening regarding to the background of each of them, to always offer the best quality to our market.


You're the right fit if:

University in progress Finance Degree:
o International Commerce
o Accountant Degree
o Industrial Engineering
o Business Administration

Language Skill: Spanish Fluent, Fluent English / Compulsory
  • Problem solving thinking.
  • Urgency sense


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
