HEROIC Cybersecurity (HEROIC.com) is seeking experienced and motivated Enterprise Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at HEROIC Cybersecurity, your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives (AEs) to close. You will engage in cold outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, SMS, and LinkedIn campaigns. This is a remote, full-time position that requires working during U.S. business hours.

What you will do:
- Outbound Prospecting: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, SMS, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our enterprise solutions.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach touchpoints and enhance engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
- Collaborate with the team on improving prospecting strategies.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, preferably in a B2B or enterprise environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English with minimal accent; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with computers and experienced in using CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- AI Experience: Familiarity with using AI tools to improve sales outreach efforts. (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc)
- Work Schedule: Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
- Remote Work Setup: Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace with limited interruptions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented with a high level of initiative and accountability.
- Cybersecurity and/or Technical sales experience a plus
- Position Type: Full-time
- Remote Work: Work from wherever you please! Your home, the beach, our offices, etc. Although the majority of this position is remote. You may be required to travel periodically, attend business meetings, conferences or meet with the team in person.
- Compensation: Base Salary of $1000 - $1500 + Commission model based on performance and experience. There is no ceiling to your compensation plan.
