Our client is a well-established fashion company based in NY with decades of experience in the industry. They have earned a strong reputation for creating empowering and inspiring fashion that resonates with customers.

We're looking for an ERP Data Analyst to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all product-related data within the company’s ERP systems. This role is essential for the timely and correct setup of new styles, UPC management, and supporting the broader Product Development and Operations teams. Check it out!

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in apparel wholesale or fashion operations (retail backend, merchandising, or production support).
  • Knowledge of UPCs: structure, generation, and the critical role they play in retail logistics and sales accuracy.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and spot trends.
  • Strong written communication, especially when preparing rebuttal letters.
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Advanced English

Extra

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Simparel/Exenta or BlueCherry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with database systems or PLM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own all activities related to style setup and master data management.
  • Set up and maintain style master records in the ERP system as per established specifications and timelines.
  • Create and manage color codes, size runs, prepacks, label codes, descriptions, and associated metadata.
  • Generate and maintain accurate UPCs for all products.
  • Ensure CADs and product images are uploaded, named, and assigned correctly in the system.
  • Maintain data integrity across systems; proactively identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with design, merchandising, sales, and production teams to gather and validate product details.
  • Support seasonal and in-season product refreshes and data audits.
