Bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations and Process Optimization Coordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing advanced MS Office skills, and optimizing processes? We're looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Operations and Process Optimization Coordinator to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team. What You'll Do

Post-Production Workflow Management:

  • Oversee post-production workflows, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Verify work orders for accuracy before initiating projects.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all job components meet company standards.
  • Assign and prioritize projects based on departmental workloads, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication, keeping everyone informed of priority projects, deadlines, and schedule changes.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts by adjusting timelines in collaboration with all involved parties.
  • Ensure all client specifications are met, and final products are delivered on time.

Process Optimization:

  • Support teams in defining and conceptualizing technology initiatives and information processes, ensuring alignment with business architecture and project management methodologies.
  • Leverage advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and MS Access, to streamline and optimize processes. Utilize these tools to automate tasks, manage data, and develop solutions that drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement solutions that enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service management with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • A background in process optimization, with a demonstrated ability to enhance workflows and systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and MS Access, is essential. Experience in process automation using these tools is a must.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, C#, R, or SQL is a strong asset, empowering you to design and implement advanced automation solutions and drive impactful continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Spanish.
