Position Overview

We are seeking a Waitress cum Cashier who can deliver outstanding service, maintain a welcoming environment, and handle cashier duties with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about hospitality and specialty coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent table service
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
• Handle cashier duties, including billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station
• Assist customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold company standards for customer experience, hygiene, and service quality
• Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a waitress, cashier, or in customer service (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn about specialty coffee and menu items
• Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate
